Versatile Cutting & Ergonomic Control
This trimmer is supplied as standard with the AutoCut C 6-2 mowing head, which can be easily refilled with line without needing any tools. For more challenging conditions, the FSA 60 R is also compatible with the PolyCut 6-2 mowing head which uses polymer blades, or the DuroCut 5-2 mowing head for trimming denser grass or light scrub. Control is effortless thanks to a soft grip handle with a variable speed control lever, allowing the user to adjust the power as needed. The sturdy aluminium shaft and adjustable loop handle ensure the trimmer can be set to a comfortable working height for any user. A spacer bracket is also included to protect trees, shrubs, and other objects from the cutting line.
Battery Performance & System Compatibility
This is the tool-only version of the FSA 60 R, meaning the battery and charger are sold separately. It is fully compatible with all batteries in the STIHL AK System. The recommended AK 20 battery provides perfect balance and a runtime of up to 30 minutes with the line mowing head. The machine is also compatible with the Smart Connector, allowing it to be integrated into the STIHL connected system for monitoring operating hours and maintenance schedules via a smartphone app.
