The successful candidate will be responsible for:
    • Managing a small team of technicians
    • Organising daily collection/delivery of machinery
    • Working closely with parts department
    • Completing workshop administration in a timely manner
    • Liaising with customers
    • Continuously maintaining and improving workshop efficiency.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a charismatic, approachable sales person to work with our existing team; selling a wide range of garden machinery and accessories from industry leading brands, including, STIHL, Husqvarna, Honda, Hayter and Mountfield.

A good experience of the trade is preferable, though not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales to domestic and professional users, both within the showroom and externally. You will ideally have a successful track record in sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.

The position is full time, 40 hours per week. Standard hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with the added requirement to work some Saturday’s as required at overtime rates.

Due to expansion, we are looking for someone to work alongside our existing team, selling, installing, and maintaining a range of robotic lawnmowers from industry leading brands, including, Husqvarna, Stihl and Honda.

This is an opportunity for someone to work at the “cutting edge” of lawn mower technology; a growing market with modern features, to include smart compatibility, ultrasound, and GPS.

To help you with the role you will have access to a company van, be provided a work mobile phone, a tablet and have use of a demonstration model for your own lawn.

Main tasks of job:
  • Providing informative advice on the sales and installation of robotic mowers to domestic and commercial customers.
  • On-site visits to customer addresses to survey lawns and offer further advice.
  • Providing quotes to customers for recommended robotic mower, installation, and service packages.
  • Complete installation of robotic lawnmowers.
  • Aftersales support to include on-site visits/repairs.
  • Assist with service & repair of robotic mowers in workshop environment.
  • Assist at county shows, events and demonstrations.
Requirements for the role:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Good listener, dependable, detail-oriented, and organised.

  • Full clean driving license.

We are ideally looking for an individual who will work 5 days a week all year round but would consider an applicant who could work 4 days a week during the winter periods and scale up to 5 days during the spring and summer season.
