Local delivery and handover. Orders over £200 within about 25 miles of our Stratford-upon-Avon shop are delivered free by our own van. Machines are taken out of their boxes, built by a qualified technician, oiled, fuelled and tested, and we’ll show you how to use and look after them. Subject to stock, we aim to deliver within 5 days. Check whether your postcode qualifies at checkout. Local customers can also choose our courier service below for faster delivery.

One delivery charge per order, at the rate for the largest item. Orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day, subject to stock. Machines sent to long-haul areas have fuel and oil drained before dispatch.
Fuel and gas can be collected or delivered locally only.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are calculated in working days- i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. From the Receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 1 working day providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page. Deliveries to non- Mainland or remote locations may take longer. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If the box is damaged please sign for it , clearly stating ‘received damaged’.
