Wire-Free Operation with Virtual Boundaries

The Husqvarna Automower 430V NERA is a high-performing robotic mower designed to expertly manage large lawns up to 4,800 m² with outstanding precision. It marks a new era in automated lawn care with its wire-free installation, utilising satellite-based technology to create flexible and robust virtual boundaries. This eliminates the need for physical boundary wires, making setup and adjustments incredibly simple.

Everything is controlled through the Automower® Connect app, where you can define customisable work areas and temporary stay-out zones. These can be easily modified to accommodate garden projects or seasonal changes to your lawn’s layout. To achieve centimetre-level accuracy, the mower uses correction data from the Husqvarna Cloud, which requires cellular or Wi-Fi coverage across the entire lawn. For areas with poor signal, the optional Husqvarna EPOS RS1 reference station provides a stand-alone solution for even higher accuracy (2-3 cm) without needing an internet connection.

Intelligent Mowing with AI Vision

At the core of the 430V NERA is an in-built camera powered by advanced AI. This system detects and identifies objects on the lawn, allowing the mower to act accordingly based on what it sees. It intelligently avoids toys, garden tools, and other obstacles. Thanks to infrared light, this technology works just as effectively at night, protecting nocturnal wildlife and ensuring mowing can continue 24/7 without interruption. By combining AI vision with satellite navigation, the mower guarantees full lawn coverage even in areas with weak satellite signals, such as under trees.

Exceptional Performance and Control

The Automower 430V NERA is built to perform. Its patented non-fixed front axis enhances manoeuvrability and improves performance on rough terrain and steep slopes up to a 50% incline. Users can choose from selectable mowing patterns, including striped, checkerboard, or triangle, for a unique and pristine lawn finish. For a more traditional, carpet-like appearance, the irregular pattern mode is available, which covers an area of 3,200 m². Further features like GPS-assisted navigation, a weather timer, and electric cutting height adjustment (controlled via the app) ensure an efficient and tailored cut every time. The mower is also easy to clean with a garden hose thanks to its IPX5 rating and removable cover.
