It delivers performance comparable to STIHL’s petrol-powered RM 756 series, operating on the power of two AP System batteries to create a formidable 72-volt output. This mower is built to withstand the rigours of daily commercial use, featuring a rugged, powder-coated aluminium deck with a polymer inner casing for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Easily replaceable parts, such as the metal scuff strips, ensure a long service life.
With a cutting width of 48 cm (18″), the RMA 750 V offers four distinct mowing functions without needing any additional tools. Operators can choose to cut and collect using the large 80-litre grass catcher, cut and drop by removing the box, use the integrated side discharge flap, or mulch with the included multi-blade attachment to return fine clippings to the lawn. The mower’s Vario speed drive allows for precise control, with five speed levels ranging from 0 to 6 km/h. Furthermore, individual wheel cutting height adjustment from 25mm to 100mm provides maximum adaptability when working across varied and tricky terrains.
Operator comfort is paramount in the RMA 750 V’s design. The innovative mono-comfort handlebar is height-adjustable, foldable for compact storage, and provides easy, unrestricted access to the 80-litre fabric grass catcher box. A built-in electronic interface on the handlebar displays key information like battery charge levels and allows the user to switch between mowing modes (Eco, standard, auto-boost) and adjust motor speed. The intelligent electronics also provide Constant Power, ensuring performance doesn’t decrease as the batteries discharge, and a Power Boost function that delivers maximum output when needed.
As part of the professional STIHL AP System, this mower is sold as a ‘Tool Only’ unit, with batteries and charger available separately. It requires two AP batteries to operate and is not compatible with a single battery or the AR L backpack batteries. Performance is optimised when using AP 300 S or AP 500 S batteries.
