The STIHL PS 1 is a multi-functional power bank and charger designed for users who need reliable power away from a mains socket. As a key component of the STIHL AS System, it harnesses the power of the AS 2 battery (sold separately) to charge a wide range of personal devices, including mobile phones, tablets, or even compatible heated clothing. Its dual functionality also allows it to charge an AS 2 battery via a USB-C cable, providing a complete off-grid power solution.
The PS 1 is equipped with three distinct connection options to cover numerous applications: a USB-C port for both charging and discharging, a USB-A port for discharging only, and a 12-volt DC port specifically for heated clothing. A simple main button allows the user to switch between charging and discharging modes, with a clear LED battery charge level indicator displaying the current status of the connected AS 2 battery at all times.
Designed for convenience, the PS 1 features a sturdy metal belt hook for easy, hands-free transport. A protective port cover shields the connections from dust and splashed water, enhancing durability in outdoor environments. Furthermore, an integrated 2-step LED torch offers up to 100 lumens, perfect for illuminating small work areas or finding items in the dark.
Powered by a single AS 2 battery, the PS 1 offers impressive performance. For example, it can fully charge a typical smartphone (1,800 mAh) up to 2.5 times, or provide up to 2 hours of power for 10W heated clothing. The built-in LED torch can run for up to 20 hours. When used as a charger, it can recharge an AS 2 battery to 80% in 60 minutes. Please note, the AS 2 battery and USB-C cable are not included and must be purchased separately.
