This particular model is sold as ‘Tool Only’, meaning it does not include a battery or charger. You will need to purchase a compatible STIHL AS 2 battery and AL 1 charger separately if you do not already own them as part of the STIHL AS System.
When using the recommended AS 2 battery, the runtime varies with the power setting. At maximum power, it will run for approximately 8 minutes. At lower power settings, the runtime can be extended up to 25 minutes, which is ample time for most small clearing tasks.
The convertible tube offers excellent versatility. The long tube is designed for efficient clearing of leaves and debris from ground surfaces like lawns and paths. The short tube provides more direct, concentrated airflow, which is ideal for cleaning smaller, more intricate areas such as garden furniture or steps.
