An anti-block system is integrated to reverse the blade’s rotational direction, quickly clearing any potential blockages. The durable, maintenance-free EC motor provides a constant and reliable stroke rate, ensuring consistent performance even when cutting dense material.

Ergonomic Design for All-Day Comfort

STIHL has engineered the HSA 100.1 for user comfort during long working hours. The innovative rotatable multi-function handle can be adjusted through three positions across 180°, allowing for a comfortable and precise grip whether cutting vertically or horizontally. This feature, suitable for both left and right-handed users, significantly reduces wrist strain. Furthermore, the integrated STIHL anti-vibration system minimises the vibrations transmitted to the handles, making operation much less tiring.
