The hardened steel, dual-action laser-cut blades deliver a crisp, clean cut and have a tooth spacing of 27mm, allowing for a cutting capacity of up to 18mm in diameter. User comfort is paramount, and the innovative 180° rotating handle is a standout feature. It can be set to three different positions, enabling comfortable vertical, horizontal, or lateral cutting without placing strain on the user’s arms or wrists.

Cordless Power and Convenience

Powered by a 420W brushed motor, this hedge trimmer provides ample power for tough trimming jobs. It is part of the Mountfield freedom500 series, which uses the STIGA ePower 48V Lithium-Ion battery system. These intelligent batteries automatically recognise the tool and adapt the power output accordingly. With the recommended 2.0Ah battery (sold separately), the MHT 50 Li can operate for up to 50 minutes on a single charge. Operation is straightforward and safe, thanks to an easy-to-use keypad with LEDs and a dual-action safety switch with a rear trigger for blade engagement.
