The STIHL MM 56 petrol MultiEngine is the power unit at the core of the highly versatile STIHL MultiSystem. It is engineered for homeowners and keen gardeners who need a single, powerful tool for a diverse range of jobs, from lawn maintenance and soil cultivation to cleaning hard surfaces. This model comes complete with a wheel kit for enhanced stability and control. Please note, the BF-MM MultiTool attachment shown in some images is not included.
At its heart is the STIHL 2-MIX engine, a highly power-efficient 2-stroke unit designed to reduce both fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, lowering operating costs while complying with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive. Starting the engine is made quicker and easier thanks to the manual fuel pump, which reduces the number of starting strokes required, especially after long breaks. All operations are controlled effortlessly with the single-handed multi-function handle, where all essential controls are integrated for easy access by both right- and left-handed users.
The MM 56 is built for user convenience. Its multi-functional gearbox allows for the quick and easy attachment or replacement of any STIHL MultiTool without the need for any additional tools, ensuring maximum flexibility and efficiency. When the work is done, or for transport, the entire unit features a folding function. The frame can be quickly folded down, making it compact for space-saving storage or transport, even with an attachment still mounted.
