Advanced Aeration Technology

At the heart of the AE1300HEU is its innovative technology. The Variable Aeration Density (VAD™) system allows the operator to create anywhere from 8 to 48 holes per square metre in a single pass, eliminating the need for double aerating and providing the versatility for patch repair or seed bed preparation. Furthermore, the FLEXTECH™ arms are independently acting, durable, and forgiving, with a reciprocating action that drives cores up to twice the depth of traditional drum aerators. This ensures better soil condition and reduces the need for rework.

Unlike cumbersome drum aerators, the AE1300HEU features an In-Ground Turning capability. This significantly improves manoeuvrability and ease of turning, reducing turf repair and downtime. The unit is equipped with large 15-inch tyres on a 35-inch wheelbase, providing stability to handle slopes of up to 20 degrees. Servicing the tines is incredibly fast, with only 8 tines and 4 easily accessible bolts, requiring just 10% of the time needed to service a 40+ tine drum unit.
