Description
The Allett QC2UC Conversion Kit is an essential accessory for owners upgrading to the latest Stirling cylinder mower. This kit enables you to convert your existing QC (Quick Change) cartridges from Allett Kensington, Classic, or Liberty mowers of the same width, making them compatible with the new Stirling 43 and Stirling 51 models.
It is important to note that while this kit allows the use of QC cartridges in a Stirling machine, it does not replicate the full-depth cultivation advantages of the purpose-built UC (Ultra-Change) cartridge system. While slightly deeper cultivations are possible compared to the older machines, operators must be cautious with depth selection. Setting the cartridge too low can lead to ‘scuffing’ or damage to the turf.
(The Ultra-Change cartridge system is subject to International Patent Application WO 2023/079275).
